1. Questions about your order

How can I order from Ital-Design?
You can easily make an order by placing the desired items in your shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout. You can only order online at our web shop. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by telephone or in written form.

2. Questions about payment

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your purchase by using advanced payment, i.e. bank transfer, instant transfer, PayPal or Amazon Payments. You choose the way to pay when making the order.

3. Questions about shipping

When will my order be shipped?
As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order the next working day.

With which postal service will my order be shipped?
We send all our Packages insured with DHL.

How can I track my shipment?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with a DHL tracking number.
This way using the DHL shipment tracking you can at any time see where exactly your package is.

What are the shipping costs?

4. Questions about returns

I want to return my order - what do I need to consider?
You have a statutory right of withdrawal. All information on the right of withdrawal (e.g. For how long can I withdraw my order? Who pays for the return shipping?) and the consequences of the withdrawal can be found here: right of withdrawal

The ordered item has a defect - what should I do?
If you have received a defective item from us, please send us a photo of the item clearly showing the defect via email or WhatsApp message. Please make sure you have included your invoice number AND also a brief description of the defect.

After receiving your message, we will process your complaint immediately. You can also send us a WhatsApp message directly with a picture of the item. We will then get in touch with you.

Please note that this number is only used for service via WhatsApp messages and not for calls.

I received the wrong item - what should I do?
If you have received the wrong item from us, please let us know by email. Please don't forget to include your invoice number in this email.

We will then take care of a solution immediately. If we have to refund the purchase price, the payment will be made to the same account from which we received your payment. Otherwise we ask you to inform us of your new bank details in advance.

5. Questions about products

I have found my dream shoes, but my size is not available - will it come in again?
We receive additional deliveries almost every day and update our stocks in the shop accordingly. So it's always worth checking back. Unfortunately, we cannot reorder individual models.

6. Questions about gift vouchers

I have a gift voucher code - how do I use it?
When you have placed all the items you want in the shopping cart, you can use the voucher code by entering it in the field provided to complete the ordering process. The corresponding discount will then be applied directly to the total amount. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the discount for an order that has already been placed! It is not possible to pay out the gift vouchers. Only one gift voucher can be used per order. A combination with other gift vouchers is not possible.

How long can I use a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can only be used for a limited period of time and lose their validity on the date stated on the voucher. An extension is not possible.

Do I have to reach a minimum order value to use my gift voucher?
The required minimum order value is always mentioned in connection with the gift voucher. Ital-Design keeps the right to cancel the gift voucher if the minimum order value is not reached in hindsight after the return of items.

What happens to my gift voucher if I return goods?
If you return items, the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of the gift voucher.
